I went through many programs hosted by WorkBC years ago for improving my skills and finding employment, but no one I have worked with was as driven, encouraging, and driven to take the initiative to help find the right resources, the right educational programs, and the right steps to get into those programs as Shima has been for me these past several months.
In 3/4ths of a year I have gone from being laid off from a job I clung to out of financial necessity in a career field that was immensely abusive as an industry that was causing me significant mental, emotional, and physical harm to literally pursuing my dream career.
